3555 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada A bronze plaque memorial to legendary gangster Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel can be found in the garden at the Flamingo Las Vegas. Siegel, who founded the original Flamingo Hotel in 1946, was “whacked” in his Beverly Hills mansion in 1947.
